Return Policy

At Wickedsportsman Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a return within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at wickedsportsman@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are only accepted with a valid proof of purchase.
• Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. We do not cover the cost of lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund.
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
